Retention Periods

• User Accounts. We retain your personal information for as long as you have an active account on Leksa. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless it is required to be retained for legal purposes (e.g., maintaining records for tax obligations or dispute resolution).
• User-Generated Content. Content you post (such as reviews, comments, or pictures) may be retained for as long as your account is active. Once your account is closed, we will delete or anonymize this content unless it is needed for compliance with legal obligations or for the purposes of legitimate interests such as platform integrity.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
